From day one, employees are empowered with safety training, better knowledge of industry standards, and their rights as an employee. Trusted with our qualified shop managers and field superintendents, employees are given first-level training in our means and methods, with a continued emphasis on safety. The experiences gained in the field is an invaluable learning tool for the Griffin team, as we aim to enhance work conditions and procedures to keep employees safe.
